Work description and interpretation
A painting hangs on the wall with others under or next to it, leaning directly on the ground or above a platform. This work could be re-edited and reactivated with different “Sedimentations” and different bases each time.
Series description and interpretation
One by one
One colour after another, one layer on top of another. Each layer, each colour is already a whole, but at the same time it is only a provisional stage, a movement that leads from one colour to another.
It is impossible to see everything at once, but it is possible to focus on each individual part, one at a time, one after the other.
