Pellestrina, July – August 2013

Work description and interpretation
30 paintings on 30 different sheets of paper. Pellestrina, July-August 2013 In one part of the text published in Mi aiuti a capire cosa sto facendo?, my son says: “ With an empty canvas you can imagine whatever your want, an image of your choice. This is the loveliest work of all because it can be whatever you want.” I have created a work made up of thirty parts in relation to this book. Each one has at the centre a white square filled with a different colour every day. It is like my chromatic monthly diary subdivided into thirty different pages. The colour, a daily trace of life, fills the empty square.
